Working on Campus

This is the third year that I've had an "on-campus" job at Northwood. As a recommendation to incoming freshman, I would encourage you to work while you go to school. And if you're going to work, there's no better place to do it than on-campus. The jobs are convenient and very flexible with school and other events.

As a freshman, it's a good way to start meeting other people, and it always helps to have a little "extra" cash on hand. There are a lot of different jobs you can do on-campus as well. You can work in the athletic center, as a professor's assistant, in admissions, IT, or any of the other departments on campus.

On-campus jobs are also a great way to take on some responsibility and learn some extra management skills. So check out your available on-campus jobs! It'll be worth it.
